Shipping and Returns

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

For pre-orders placed from 25th June to 4th August your order will be dispatched within 14 working days from 27th July (and Bodypump bundle purchases from 30th June). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

For pre-orders placed from 5th August your order will be dispatched within 14 working days from 24th August. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

If you are purchasing any other equipment in stock, we will use our reasonable endeavors to ship your order within 5 business days, which should then be delivered 7-10 days after.

For all orders: you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Your order will show as processing until your items are dispatched.

Les Mills will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Delivery times may be extended for some customers due to COVID-19 restrictions being imposed in different regions & high demand (likely up to 5 extra days). Please also check your address is open for accepting deliveries.


How do I get a Quote?

After placing the items in your shopping cart, scroll down the page and enter the country and post code for your delivery address and click on "Get a Quote". Most of the time you will only have one option for shipping. Select the freight amount and click on "Update Total". You will now see a full quote on screen that includes all freight and tax. You can print this quote by clicking on "Print Your Quote in PDF". All Quotes are valid for 30 days.


How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping charges are based upon the weight and postcode of your basket and are automatically calculated as you checkout.


Shipping instructions

We ship products from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) to either your home or other address specified e.g. your work address. When placing your order you also have the option of providing us with any special delivery instructions, e.g. ‘please leave next door if out’.


Why is my order shipping via freight carrier instead of APC Courier or DPD Courier?

Orders less than 150kg are shipped by APC Courier or DPD Courier. Orders larger than 150kg are shipped by freight carrier in order to reduce shipping costs. We work with several trucking companies to provide great service and competitive pricing. If you have purchased equipment as part of an LMOD subscription bundle your order will fall under the 150kg threshold so a courier service will be used.


How do I track my order from APC Courier or DPD?

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment when you receive order confirmation. To find the tracking numbers for multiple boxes, please click "Show" on the right hand column for APC Courier. For DPD couriers, DPD will send you tracking alerts directly.


How do I track my freight carrier shipment?

To track your shipment via freight carrier please email info@lesmillstech.com. Please include the order number. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of ordering. For any orders received during COVID-19 your order may not ship for up to 14 days.


Do you accept returns?

For consumer orders we accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com for more information.


What if my product is damaged on receipt?

If you receive a damaged product, please email lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com immediately. If possible, please include photos of the shipment as delivered. This will expedite your claim so we can replace the damaged product.


Can I cancel my order after I receive an order confirmation?

We are usually not able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. However if it is within a few hours of order placement we may be able to help. Please email lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com.


What if I don't receive the exact quantity I ordered?

If you do not receive exactly what you ordered, please email lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com.


High value items

All high value items regardless of size or weight are shipped using trackable delivery as these provide a better level of insurance for the customer.


Stock availability

Delivery times are dependent on us having all items ordered in stock. Ordinarily we do not list items we do not have in stock and to ensure complete customer satisfaction we check every order by hand to ensure we can meet delivery times. Of course should an item not be available for immediate despatch then we will always contact you by email or telephone to seek your advice.
