Can I cancel my order?

We are usually not able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, we will make every effort to assist you. Please email our Customer Support team on if your order was placed within last two working days.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Extended returns during sale period: For consumer orders, we accept returns of unopened cartons within 60 days of receipt of your order (only for items purchased during the sale period between 17 November – 31 December 2023). Standard 14 day returns apply for items purchased outside the sale period.

The consumer is liable for the cost of return shipping. To organise your return email our Customer Support team on and the team will contact you to arrange payment of the collection fee. Once the collection fee has been paid, a collection date will be organised. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
