We ship to Mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Les Mills will use its reasonable endeavors to ship your order within 2 working days and delivery is 1 to 3 days after shipping.

Free shipping on all orders for Mainland UK excl. Northern Ireland. You can return unopened cartons within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns are refunded for the product purchase price, some exclusions apply. Applies to consumers only.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

Your Gift Card will expire 2 years from purchase. Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by law. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. No change or refund will be given, except in accordance with your statutory rights. We are not able to replace or replenish Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or used without authorisation. If you are the original purchaser of the Gift Card, you have the right to cancel it within 14 working days of receipt provided that you have not used it or sent it to another recipient as part of the online purchase process. Les Mills will refund the amount of the gift card within 30 days of cancellation. Gift Cards may only be redeemed for products on the UK Equipment Store at At home - Les Mills Equipment UK. We ask that you safeguard your card and treat your Gift Card as you would cash. Do not share your Gift Card Code. If you return a product originally purchased with a Gift Card, any refund will be returned to the original Gift Card. If you return a product originally purchased with multiple payment methods, any balance owed will first be refunded to the payment type used for the original transaction e.g., credit card, up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card.
