What is your returns policy?

For consumer orders we accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of receipt. The consumer is liable for the cost of return shipping, to organise your return email lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com and the team will contact you to arrange payment of the collection fee. Once the collection fee has been paid, a collection date will be organised. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
