If you are unhappy with your Les Mills Good Protein for any reason – please return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving. We would like to hear about your experience so please feel free to contact us on nutritionenquiries@lesmills.com

To receive a refund* (less shipping charges), the product must be returned within 30 days of the date received by the customer.

  • All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

When will I receive my order?

Your order should arrive in 7-10 working days of placing your order.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate of $7.95 for all areas in the continental USA. This means if you order three, four or even ten pouches of protein – the shipping is still just $7.95..

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship all orders within two business days of receipt.

Does Les Mills charge sales tax?

Les Mills is required by law to charge sales tax in areas we have a physical presence. If you are charged sales tax, it is because Les Mills has a registered tax base in your state. 

Do you accept check payments?

How do I track my order?

What if my product is damaged on receipt?

If you receive a damaged product, please email nutritionenquiries@lesmills.com immediately. If possible, please include photos of the shipment as delivered. This will help speed up your claim.

What if I don't receive the exact quantity I ordered?
