1. to UPS.com and enter your order’s tracking number. Then click “Track”
This is what the tracking page will look like. Each package in your order has its own tracking number. You must create a new label for each item you want to return. Labels expire 35 days after the delivery date.
2. Click on the tracking number of the item you want to return. Then click “Return This Package”.
3. Complete the information fields on the “Return Your Package” page. Then click “Submit”.
4. Select your desired return option: "Print Label”, "Email Link", or "Get Mobile Code". Visit to UPS.com find your nearest UPS drop off location
5. If you selected "Print Label” or "Email Link", you must print out the label(s) and attach it to the outside of your package(s). Please make sure the tracking number on the return label is clearly visible. You may drop off your package at a UPS facility.
6. If you selected "Get Mobile Code", a barcode will be shown. Bring this barcode and your package(s) to a UPS facility. UPS will scan the barcode off your cell phone and print the label and attach it to your package).
7. Repeat these steps for each item you want to return. Once your return is received, we will be able to issue your full refund. If you have any questions, please reach out at info@lesmillsequipment.com.
