The adidas Training Mat provides 10mm responsive cushioning, for extra comfort and reduced pressure on the joints, making it an ideal training partner for all your ground exercises. The closed-cell technology helps to minimise moisture absorption making it easy to wash and keep sweat-free and clean.

​The mat is easy to roll up and take with you to the gym and store away neatly at home. It comes with a Velcro shoulder strap making it even easier to carry around with you.
