How will my order be delivered?

● For orders above 150 lbs. the carrier will contact the customer at the phone number provided on the order to confirm delivery timeframe.
● For orders under 150 lbs. a courier service will be used. Our system will automatically select the cheapest option for you.

Do you provide installation?

Installation at your club is your responsibility.


How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on:
● Weight and dimensions of your order
● Delivery location

You’ll receive a detailed cost breakdown in your order confirmation email.

 How long will it take to process and deliver my order?

● Processing Time: About 2 business days in our warehouse.
● Delivery Times:
    ● Freight Orders: 3–5 business days after shipment.
    ● Smaller Parcels: 5–7 business days after shipment.
● Delivery Provider: We use trusted providers and will share their name and a tracking link once shipped.

 Will I get shipping notifications?

Yes!
● Order Confirmation: Sent after your order is confirmed.
● Shipping Notification: Includes shipment details and estimated delivery.
● Parcel Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

     - Freight Orders: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.
     - Smaller Parcels: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery Provider: We use reliable delivery providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You will receive the name of the delivery provider along with the tracking link.

 

Shipping Notification

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your shipment with care.
  2. Shipping Notification: You will be notified of the shipping date via email, which includes an overview of the shipment details.
  3. Parcel Tracking: After our warehouse issues your parcel, we will send you a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
