This set of fabric resistance bands make it easy to dial up the burn and get maximum results from any exercise – squats, glute bridges, donkey kicks, monster walks, leg raises, lunges and all sorts of Pilates-inspired moves. Offering different levels of resistance, the three different bands will meet your demands for a variety of exercise.

Oatmeal = Light; Grey = Medium, Black = Heavy

Versatile and portable, the lightweight bands come complete with a carry pouch and can be easily used for added resistance and stretching at home, in the gym, outdoors and while you’re traveling.

    • Color may change over time.

      • CLEANING: Machine washable in cold water on a gentle setting. Lay flat and air dry.

Shipping and returns

We ship anywhere in continental United States, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Email info@lesmillsequipment.com to enquire about delivery options if you are in Hawaii or Alaska.

  • USA: For bundles or products in stock we ship all orders within 2 working days, and it generally arrives within 3-5 business days from the shipment date. Orders outside the continental United States may have a longer shipping period.
  • Canada: For bundles or products in stock we will all orders on the Thursday following an order date and it generally arrives within 6 business days from the dispatch date. Rural areas may have a longer shipping period.
  • Due to COVID-19 affecting some businesses and movement within regions there may be an additional delay in shipping time of up to 5 days.
  • We do our best to find the most competitive shipping rates. Orders less than 150 lbs are shipped by Federal Express ground delivery.
  • You can return unopened cartons within 14 days of purchase. Returns are refunded for the product purchase price, some exclusions apply.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SMARTTECH™ equipment, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return click here to see how to create a return.
