What is LES MILLS+? 

LES MILLS+ brings the world’s most popular group fitness classes to your place. We’ve customized the workouts we teach in health clubs so you can enjoy the same workouts that are loved in gyms worldwide – any time, anywhere on almost any device. And, you get to try our newest training innovations too!

There are over 2000+ online workouts. Choose from strength, cardio, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, dance, martial arts and more. You can access workout schedules and challenges, explore mindfulness and meditation, tap into expert nutrition knowledge, and unlock access to a wealth of motivation and support.

How do I start the LES MILLS+ subscription that comes with my Equipment order?  

Once you'vepurchased an equipment bundle with a free LM+ subscription, your first opportunity to activate your account will be by following the activation link on your order confirmation page. Following that, you will receive an email with your activation code link. You will need to click on the activation button in this email and go through the prompted steps to apply this free LM+ access to an account. 

Will redeeming the LES MILLS+ membership with my Equipment order extend my current subscription?

If you’vepurchased an equipment bundle that comes with a free subscription and activate it on your existing LM+ account, your current subscription will pause automatically. Don't worry though, it will resume once the free subscription period ends. This way, you won't lose any time on the subscription you've already paid for. Please keep in mind that you may only add up to one activation code to your account at any time.

Can I gift the free LM+ subscription that I get when purchasing an equipment bundle to someone?

Yes you can! Once you have completed your Equipment purchase you will receive an email asking you to activate your LM+ subscription. You can forward this email to the person you would like to gift the subscription to, and they can activate the subscription and enjoy LM+ workouts from you. What an amazing gift to give. 

Is there a refund policy for my previous LM+ paid subscription after purchasing an equipment bundle?

Great question! Please feel free to reach out to our Support team here (link to FD Support Form) and include your order number, email address associated with your current LM+ subscription, and full name so we can help you. 

Activation 

My activation code email never arrived in my inbox.  

If you haven't seen your activation code email arrive, we'd suggest first checking your Spam/Junk folders in your email inbox for an email sent on the same day that you purchased your equipment bundle. Unfortunately, these emails are sometimes automatically filtered into your Spam inbox. If you still cannot locate that activation code email, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here

My activation code has expired.  

It's important to note that activation codes expire 6 months after you complete your purchase. If your link has expired, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here.

My activation code email was sent to the incorrect email address.  

If you accidentally input the wrong email address when purchasing your equipment and you haven't received the activation code email as a result, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here.

How can I request activation links be resent to a new email address if I entered the wrong one during my equipment purchase?

No worries! Please feel free to reach out to our Support team here (link to FD Support Form) and include your order number and full name so we can help you.

My activation link isn't working.  

If you've already tried redeeming your activation code and you're receiving an error message or the account isn't successfully being created, we'd suggest the following: 

  1. Clear your cache and cookies on your web browser for all time

  1. Open an incognito browser window. 

  1. Open the email you received from us and click on the activation link again.

I've purchased multiple bundles. How do I apply multiple activation codes to my account?  

Currently, you can only apply one activation code to your account at a time. If you have any questions about the status of your subscription or activation code(s), please reach out to LM+ Support (link to FD Support Form). 

How can I upgrade my current subscription from Base to Premium with an equipment bundle?  

It’s important to note that all equipment activation codes offer Premium tier access. That said, if you have an already existing Base tier subscription and then you add an equipment activation code to your account, your subscription will return to Base tier once the free activation code access has ended.
