- Clean SMARTBAR equipment using water and a mild detergent with a soft (lint-free) cloth. Do not spray cleaning solution directly into the SMARTBAR gator heads.

We ship to Mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
Les Mills will use its reasonable endeavors to ship your order within 2 working days and delivery is 1 to 3 days after shipping.
Extended returns during sale period: For consumer orders, we accept returns of unopened cartons within 60 days of receipt of your order (only for items purchased during the sale period between 17 November - 31 December 2023).
Standard 14 day returns apply for items purchased outside the sale period.
The consumer is liable for the cost of return shipping. To organise your return email our Customer Support team on lmuk.merchandise@lesmills.com and the team will contact you to arrange payment of the collection fee. Once the collection fee has been paid, a collection date will be organised.
