We’ve made it easier than ever to create, manage, and confirm your quotes online - all at your convenience. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how quoting now works, what’s changed, and how we’re here to support you every step of the way.


What's Changing? 

What’s changed about the way I request a quote? 

You can now build and submit your quote request directly on our website, and confirm and order whenever you’re ready. Your club-specific, exclusive discount will already be applied, you just add products to your cart, then select “Request a Quote” at checkout. From there, you’ll receive a formal quote via email, and can confirm and pay online whenever you’re ready.

I used to send quotes requests over email – can I still do that? 

While you can still reach out to us via email with requests, this will be created online and sent through your LES MILLS Equipment account. Initiating the quote online is the fastest and most efficient way to get started. It ensures accurate product info and helps us process your request more quickly.

Will this change impact how I pay or the terms I’m offered? 

Not at all. Your payment options and terms remain the same. This update simply makes it easier and faster for you to generate and confirm a quote whenever it suits you.

Will I still receive a formal quote PDF? 

You can view your quote details anytime in your account, where you can also print, update quantities and approve your quote.

What if I need help with my quote?  

We’re here to help. Whether you have a question about products, pricing, shipping, or just want to talk it through, get in touch with our team or your Account Manager at any time.

What payment options are available when I confirm my quote? 

All previously available payment methods are now supported online, so you can choose the option that works best for your club. We currently offer:

  • Purcahse order (payment on account)

  • Credit Card

Can I order for multiple club locations? 

Yes - the online quoting process is designed for clubs and fitness facilities. Just make sure your shipping and billing details reflect your club, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Support & Help 

How do I access and manage my quotes? 

You’ll receive your quote via email, and if you’ve created an account, you can also view and manage all active quotes under My Account > My Quotes. From there, you can confirm and pay when it suits you.

Do I need a login to request a quote? 

Yes, you must be logged in to create a quote. The good news is, creating an account allows you to view and manage your quotes in one place and makes future requests even faster.

What happens after I submit a quote request online? 

Our team will review your request and send you a confirmed quote by email - usually within 1 business day. That quote will include pricing, shipping, and any applicable terms, and will be ready for you to confirm online when you’re ready.

Can I make changes to my quote before confirming? 

Absolutely. If you need to make changes, you can either adjust the quote in your account, submit a new quote, or reach out to us directly and we’ll help adjust it. We’re here to make sure you get exactly what you need.
