Our pricing policy on shipping

Our pricing policy on shipping charges is very simple, we aim to offer you the most competitive rates with speedy delivery. Shipping charges are based upon the weight and postcode of your basket and are automatically calculated as you checkout.

Shipping address / special instructions

We ship products from Monday to Friday to either your home or other address specified e.g. your work address. When placing your order you also have the option of providing us with any special delivery instructions, e.g. ‘please leave next door if out’.

Shipping times

Orders containing the “pre-sale” items BODYPUMP HOME WORKOUT SET & SMARTSTEP will be dispatched within 10 business days from 26th Aug. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Orders containing “pre-sale” 3.7kg Weight Plates will be dispatched within 10 business days from 10th Aug. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping times vary depending on service chosen and your shipping location. Les Mills will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days to your specified delivery address, arriving within 7-10 business days of shipment. Please keep in mind that customs clearance can cause longer transit times. However, Les Mills will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Despite this, if you are a consumer, you may have a right to cancel your contract with us at any point from the time of dispatch until 14 days after you receive the equipment. See our Terms of Use for more information at

High value items

All high value items regardless of size or weight are shipped using trackable delivery as these provide a better level of insurance for the customer.

Stock availability

Delivery times are dependent on us having all items ordered in stock. Ordinarily we do not list items we do not have in stock and to ensure complete customer satisfaction we check every order by hand to ensure we can meet delivery times. Of course should an item not be available for immediate despatch then we will always contact you by email or telephone to seek your advice. 

What if my product is damaged on receipt?

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods on receipt please email Where possible please include a photo/s of the damaged good/s this will expedite your claim.
