Care and Information

Do not wear shoes. The tread can damage the mat surface. Please ensure your hands and feet are clean before use. Avoid use and/or storage in areas with sharp edges or abrasive surfaces that can leave a lasting mark or damage the surface(s). Color may change over time.

Cleaning Instructions

Wipe mat with a soft damp (microfiber) cloth. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; not directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar and warm water. Mat is not machine washable. Hang to dry.

Storage Instructions

For storage, roll with the top surface (with Les Mills logo) facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface.
