Roll, release and relax. These lightweight massage balls are ideal for easing any muscle pain and stiffness from sports and exercise, sitting for prolonged periods or poor posture. They can help create deep muscle penetration, break up soft tissue adhesions and relieve tension, while promoting blood circulation and healing.

With two different levels of density, you can choose the firmness you need to relieve all types of muscle tension and pain. Use the firm 50 degree ball to target large muscle groups like the glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, and lats. The medium density 35 degree ball is ideal for the pectorals, shoulders, traps, and calves. These massage balls also target smaller muscles, such as the forearms, palms, and feet.

Wipe with a soft damp (microfiber) cloth after use. Store out of direct sunlight. Mesh bag provided.

Shipping and returns

We ship anywhere in continental United States, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Email info@lesmillsequipment.com to enquire about delivery options if you are in Hawaii or Alaska.

USA: For bundles or products in stock we ship all orders within 5 working days, and it generally arrives within 3-5 business days from the shipment date. Orders outside the continental United States may have a longer shipping period.
Canada: For bundles or products in stock we will all orders on the Thursday following an order date and it generally arrives within 6 business days from the dispatch date. Rural areas may have a longer shipping period.
Due to COVID-19 affecting some businesses and movement within regions there may be an additional delay in shipping time of up to 5 days.
We do our best to find the most competitive shipping rates. Orders less than 150 lbs are shipped by Federal Express ground delivery.
You can return unopened cartons within 14 days of purchase. Returns are refunded for the product purchase price, some exclusions apply.
