Can I return equipment when I purchased a bundle that includes LES MILLS+?

Yes. We will cancel the LES MILLS+ subscription at the time we process your refund for the SMART TECH equipment bundle.

Can I return individual item(s) from an equipment bundle?

Yes. If you wish to return an individual item from a SMART TECH equipment bundle. Please contact info@lesmillsequipment.com for the refund price of the item(s).

We accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email info@lesmillsequipment.com for more information.

If you have purchased pre-order goods, we will accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of order dispatch from our warehouse.

For returns from Canada, you will be liable for any duties/taxes applied by customs when product returns to the USA. If the value is less than $800USD there should not be any duty applied. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price & tax applied in your original order (charges to return the item(s) back to our warehouse will not be included). All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Returns

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping times are additional to this depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout (e.g. UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, USPS or Mainfreight Trucking). Please note shipping timeframes also apply to business days only. Orders outside the continental United States may take longer.

Please note shipping times of 3-5 days are additional once your order is dispatched.

For orders to Canada (excluding Quebec):

The standard transit time is 3-4 business days (for most areas*).

*Transit time up to 7 days for less metro areas in Canada.

If you have ordered a pre-sale item plus other item(s) in stock your order will not be dispatched until the dates indicated on the order. We are not sending part shipments.


How are shipping costs calculated?

UPS are our courier partner and they provide us competitive shipping rates. See below for our shipping rate calculation within Continental USA:

0kg - 1.5kg/0lb - 3.3lb $10 freight Eg. Small items such as SMARTBANDs, Sculpt Bands, Massage Balls and Yoga Towels
1.5kg - 3kg/3.3lb - 6.6lb $20 freight Eg. Medium items such as Yoga Mats
3kg+ Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, and delivery address zip code. Eg. Larger items like Weight Plates (5 kg and upwards)
6.6lb+ Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, and delivery address zip code. Eg. Larger items like Weight Plates (5 kg and upwards)
Orders over $400 Free Includes most bundles, and any other items you purchase that totals more than $400

Does Les Mills charge sales tax?

Within USA:

Les Mills is required by law to charge sales tax in all the states where sales tax applies. Rates differ based on your location and will clearly show in your checkout cart before you complete your purchase.

Les Mills is required by law to charge sales tax. Rates differ per province and will clearly show in your checkout cart before you complete your purchase.


Do you accept check payments?

Yes, we accept check payments. In order to pay by check, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com. We will hold checks for 10 working days before your order will ship.


Why is my order shipping via freight carrier instead of UPS?

Orders less than 150 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground (over 9lbs), or UPS Surepost (under 9lbs). Orders larger than 150 lbs are shipped by freight carrier in order to reduce shipping costs. We work with several trucking companies to provide great service and competitive pricing.


How do I track my order from UPS?

You will receive a tracking number for your UPS shipment when you receive the shipping confirmation email. If there are multiple cartons in your order there will be a tracking number assigned to each. Visit www.ups.com/track and enter the tracking number. It will show how many pieces you have in the shipment and the estimated delivery date. Click into the hyperlink (eg “1 of 4 piece shipment”) and it will show each of the tracking numbers assigned to your full order.


How do I track my freight carrier shipment?

To track your shipment via freight carrier please email info@lesmillsequipment.com. Please include the order number. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of ordering.


Do you accept returns?

What if my product is damaged on receipt?

If you receive a damaged product, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com immediately. If possible, please include photos of the shipment as delivered. This will expedite your claim so we can replace the damaged product.


What if I don't receive the exact quantity I ordered?

If you do not receive exactly what you ordered, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com.


What is the returns and warranty provided on Les Mills Genuine Used goods?

Les Mills Used products are genuine but have been used previously at Les Mills live events. Products may show signs of wear such as scratches, scrapes and/or scuffing etc – however the product will be fit-for-purpose and perfect for using for Les Mills classes. Products are sold "As Is". All sales are final. Warranty and returns for change of mind will not be accepted. Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties for consumer goods, so you may have additional rights which vary by state.


Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?

Currently we do not ship to FPO/APO addresses.
