How do I get a Quote?

After placing the items in your shopping cart, scroll down the page and enter the State and Zip Code for your delivery address and click on "Get a Quote". Most of the time you will only have one option for shipping. Select the freight amount and click on "Update Total". You will now see a full quote on screen that includes all freight and tax. You can print this quote by clicking on "Print Your Quote in PDF". All Quotes are valid for 30 days.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping times are additional to this depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout (eg FEDEX 2 day vs 5-10 day options - FEDEX regular, USPS or Mainfreight trucking). Please note shipping timeframes also apply to business days only. Orders outside the continental Unites States may take longer. During the holiday period 20 Dec to 6 Jan order processing time will be extended - please expect up to a week delay before shipping. Due to COVID-19 affecting some businesses and movement within regions there may be an additional delay in shipping time of up to 5 days.

If you ordered items on pre-sale:

*Orders placed between August 1 and August 10 we aim to dispatch by September 4.

*Orders placed between August 11 and August 18 we aim to dispatch by September 18.

*Orders placed between August 19 and August 26 we aim to dispatch by September 22.

*Orders placed between August 27 and August 31 we aim to dispatch by September 25.

*Orders placed between September 1 and September 8 we aim to dispatch by October 6.

*Orders placed between September 9 and September 17 we aim to dispatch by October 12.

*Orders placed from September 18 we aim to dispatch by October 20.

Please note shipping times of 7-10 days are additional once your order is dispatched.

If you have ordered a pre-sale item plus other item(s) in stock your order will not be dispatched until the dates indicated above. We are not sending part shipments.


How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, and delivery address zip code.


Does Les Mills charge sales tax?

Les Mills is required by law to charge sales tax in areas we have a physical presence. If you are charged sales tax, it is because Les Mills has a registered tax base in your state.


Do you accept check payments?

Yes, we accept check payments. In order to pay by check, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com. We will hold checks for 10 working days before your order will ship.


Why is my order shipping via freight carrier instead of Federal Express?

Orders less than 150 lbs are shipped Federal Express ground delivery. Orders larger than 150 lbs are shipped by freight carrier in order to reduce shipping costs. We work with several trucking companies to provide great service and competitive pricing.


How do I track my order from Federal Express?

You will receive a tracking number for your Federal Express shipment when you receive an order confirmation. To find the tracking numbers for multiple boxes, please click "Show" on the right hand column.


How do I track my freight carrier shipment?

To track your shipment via freight carrier please email info@lesmillsequipment.com. Please include the order number. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of ordering.


Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email info@lesmillsequipment.com for more information.  

If you have purchased pre-order goods, we will accept returns of unopened cartons within 14 days of order dispatch from our warehouse.


What if my product is damaged on receipt?

If you receive a damaged product, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com immediately. If possible, please include photos of the shipment as delivered. This will expedite your claim so we can replace the damaged product.


What if I don't receive the exact quantity I ordered?

If you do not receive exactly what you ordered, please email info@lesmillsequipment.com.


What is the returns and warranty provided on Les Mills Genuine Used goods?

Les Mills Used products are genuine but have been used previously at Les Mills live events. Products may show signs of wear such as scratches, scrapes and/or scuffing etc – however the product will be fit-for-purpose and perfect for using for Les Mills classes. Products are sold "As Is". All sales are final. Warranty and returns for change of mind will not be accepted. Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties for consumer goods, so you may have additional rights which vary by state.


Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?

Currently we do not ship to FPO/APO addresses.
